The Managing Consultant
Tinuke is a Management Consultant with over Eighteen (18yrs) experience. Her experience spans across Financial services, Management Education and Consulting. She is currently the Managing Consultant for PeoplePlus Consulting; an indigenous Human Resources and Strategy Consulting firm she founded. Prior to this, she consulted for IHS towers; one of the largest independent owners, operators and developers of shared telecommunications infrastructure in the world. Her consulting journey started at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Nigeria where she was a Manager in the People and Organisation Advisory practice for about Four years. Before joining PwC, she had hands on HR experience at the Lagos Business School where she served for almost nine (9) years.
She sits on the Board of St. Saviour’s School, Ebute-Meta, DoTheDream Youth Development Initiative and ENIPRO Training Academy. She serves as a Mentor for Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), Full-time MBA students of Lagos Business School and Teach for Nigeria (TFN) Foundation. She is also an Assessor for Enterprise Nigeria.
Tinuke is a Certified Management Trainer by Centre for Management Development (CMD), Certified HR Practitioner by the Chartered Institute for Personnel Management (CIPM), and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM) and Association for MBAs (AMBA).
She holds a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Federal University of Technology Akure and an Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
She is passionate about courses that promote education especially for the underprivileged and helping young people discover themselves and chart their professional course.
